Types of services offered
Every tool I use is in service of helping you feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
At the core of my work is an attachment-focused approach, which holds the belief that change and healing occur when we are in relationship with others. In therapy, that means the relationship between you and your therapist matters deeply. It’s a space where you can be your most authentic self, welcomed, perfectly imperfect. Here, your needs can be voiced and met with curiosity and care. When we learn that being ourselves is welcome in one space, we begin to trust that it can be welcomed in other spaces too.
I work with survivors of sexual assault, those living with PTSD and C‑PTSD, attachment wounds, religious trauma, veterans, relationship trauma, and grief. Each modality I offer is a tool we can use together to support your healing journey.
Trauma Approaches I’m Trained In
Each of these approaches offers a different pathway into healing. Whether through nervous system regulation, deeper brain processing, compassionate parts work, psychedelic‑assisted therapy, or connection with nature, the goal is the same: to help you feel more whole, more connected, and more yourself.
What makes my approach unique is the way I integrate these modalities into an attachment‑focused, culturally aware, and consent‑centered practice. You’ll always have a voice in the process, and together we’ll find what feels safe and sustainable for you.
If you’re curious about how these therapies could support your healing, I’d love to talk with you. We’ll explore what feels like the right fit, and move at a pace that honors your nervous system and your story.
