How It Works


1. reach out for a Free Consultation

Fill out the contact form with information about you and your needs. I do read these and use them to determine an initial fit - if I believe I can help you and if our availabilities match. If I feel like we’ll be a fit, I will reach out with some available days and times for a consultation call.

2. The 15 minute consultation

On this call we will talk about any prior therapy experience(s), how you think I can best support you and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. You’ll get to ask me any questions you have, we’ll discuss fees and finally, if there is mutually a good sense of fit, we can talk about scheduling.

3. Forms and First Session

I will create a client portal for you and you will get access via email. I ask that these forms be completed 24 hours prior to our session or I will reach out to reschedule it. During our first session we’ll do a deeper dive from our consult call regarding your history, supports, etc.

Goodness of Fit


Research consistently shows us that being a good fit with your therapist will result in better outcomes, regardless of the type of therapy. For this reason, I like to say that we will have a better sense by the third session. If I determine that another clinician or modality may better suit your needs, I will provide you with referrals that may be a better fit.
